Shuhei x Reader Oneshot

You were at your desk doing some paper work when your Captain came in. "________, could you do me a favor?" Jūshirō called "Sure thing Captain Ukitake " you smiled "_____, how many times do I have to tell you to call me Jushiro?" he sighed "Anyway I need you to take this paper work down to the squad ten barracks?" You got up and took the stack of papers from him. "Yes captain" with that you walked off. You had gotten a ways until you ran into someone, falling back onto your butt. "Oh gomen" Shūhei turned around "Oh hey _____, it's fine." Standing by him were Captain Komamura, lieutenant Iba and Izuru. You let out a sigh when you saw all the papers had scattered around you, bending down you collected them. You noticed that Shūhei was on his knees collecting some of the papers for you. For a strange reason Captain Komamura, Iba and Izuru had smiles on their face.

You gave them a look "What's with the goofy smiles?" "Oh nothing” all three of them say at once. Shūhei handed you the papers he had collected. "No reason" You saw lieutenant Iba wink at Shūhei. "So, ______ where ya headed?" "I'm going to Captain Hitsugaya's office" Shūhei gave you a weird look "You pretty far from there _____" you blushed, feeling stupid. He must have sensed your despair "Aww _____, it's not that bad!" You felt a little better "Shūhei why don't you walk ______, there?" Captain Komamura suggested. Shūhei blushed a little "Alright if that's ok with ______" he turned to you. "Oh really? You'd do that?" He nodded and smiled. "Ok then let’s go, I don't want to keep Captain Hitsugaya waiting" The both of you walked off, the captain and lieutenant of the 7th division waving as well as Izuru.

"I'm really sorry about this Shūhei" you looked down "Don't worry about it. You want help with those?" He pointed to the pile of paper work in your arms. "Sure" you smiled. He ended up carrying all if his own free will. Once you made it the 10th division you knocked, soon opened by Captain Hitsugaya "Hello ______, lieutenant Hisagi" "Hi there Captain Hitsugaya, I have paperwork from Captain Ukitake" he sighed "I'm going to have to do all of it. Rangiku is drunk..again" he took the papers from Shūhei and said his goodbyes.

You turned to Shūhei smiling widely. He raised an eyebrow at you. You took a step forward and hugged him, resting your head on his shoulder. He was shocked for a second but wrapped his arms around your back, resting him chin on the top of your head. "Thank you so much for helping me" most everyone in the soul society knew you for hugging people for no apparent reason, especially glomps and death hugs >:3. "It was nothing" that's when Shuhei noticed Rukia, Renji, and Izuru  peeking from behind a wall giving him a thumbs up.

He pulled back "Excuse me for a moment I'll be right back" He walked quickly behind the wall "what do I do now?" "Just kiss her" Renji answered simply "She's more if a shy person" "Why don't you just take her to a spot that's really pretty and then kiss her?" Rukia shrugged. He made a face "Thanks for the help" he said sarcastically. He ran back over to you "I wanna show you something" he swiped you off your feet and flashed stepped, carrying you in his arms bridal style.

He came to the center if a garden where a huge sakura tree grew and let you down. You couldn't help but smile as you reached up and sniffed one of them. You hummed "Wow, it's so beautiful here" he smiled "Not as beautiful as you" he walked to you and wrapped his arms around your waist, bringing you closer to him. "W-What?" He leaned toward you past your lips and to your ear. "I said it's not as beautiful as you" his lips brushed against your skin as he spoke, sending tinggles throughtout your body. He pulled back and moved forward so his lips were only a centemeter away from yours, not waiting to kiss you unless you wanted it.

You closed your eyes and moved the fraction of an inch to his lips, holding onto his shimigami uniform so he couldn't pull back. He brought one hand up your back, tingles running through your body as he dragged his fingers along your spine and to the back of your head, tangling his fingers into your hair. You both pulled back taking a deep breath but still touching noses. You chewed on your lip, wanting to kiss him again but being too shy to, It was as if he had read your mind. He leaned forward, pressing his lips to yours, this time a little rougher.

You let out a little moan in pleasure, Shūhei smiled into the kiss, taking your hand into his larger one. You leaned your body against his, maybe a little too much. He took a step back, hitting a little stuck up root causing the both of you to fall backwards. Shūhei fell on his back; you had a soft landing onto him. "Shūhei! Are you alright?" He groaned "I think I'll be alright, what about you?" You giggled "I'm fine, luckily I had a soft landing" you were still lying on top of him, taking his advantage he craned his neck, kissing you again. Before you could respond he flipped the both of you so now he was hovering over you on his elbows. You smiled "Cheater"

"I didn't know there were rules" he leaned down and kissed you again, this time your arms snaked around his neck so he couldn't break away. You felt him ask for entrance, you denied, feeling insecure. He pulled back and rested the bridge of his nose into your neck, breathing hot air down your neck. You traced his 69 tattoo with your finger, he hummed with content. Until you heard a giggle and saw Yachiru run from a bush.

"Y-Yachiru? How long have you been there?" She laughed again "Just got here" you heard more rustling and saw Rangiku, Captain Komamura, lieutenant Izuru, lieutenant Iba, Renji, and Captain Ukitake, even Byakuya come from out of more bushes. Shuhei stared at them for a moment “How long have you guys been hiding there?" Rangiku grinned "Long enough" you covered your face in your hands. Oh my god they were there the whole time. You felt Jushiro place his hand on your shoulder "Aw come on, it's not that bad"

You grumbled in response. "B-Byakuya? Why would you come?!" he closed his eyes in annoyance "I only came because Rukia wanted me to" you could tell he was lying, the little perv. Shūhei grabbed you up into his arms bridal style and flashed stepped to his home. Once he placed you on the ground he looked you in the eyes. "______, will you be my girlfriend?" He seemed unsure you'd say yes. You hugged him and whispered a "Yes" you gave him a kiss on the cheek.
